Yes, we have customers from all over the US, Canada, Mexico and overseas.

Monday - Friday 7:30am to 4:30pm Central Time Zone
How do I pay?
We accept all major credit cards, cash and invoice major projects.
How will the goods be shipped?
UPS-G is normal. We will next day air upon request. If size of unit exceeds UPS standards, we send merchandise by freight.
Do you take credit cards?
Yes, all major credit cards.
Do you sell chemicals or apparatus?
No. We sell Chicago faucets, emergency equipment, fume hoods, blowers and epoxy resin products.
Why should I contact MSI Products Inc?
Laboratories require special products that are not normally stocked by most wholesalers or manufacturers. Those that are usually require long delivery times. MSI has solved this problem by creating a large inventory for hard to find items that are ready for shipping.
Do you have a return policy?
Yes. Just call and get a return #. Then package and send back.
Will there be a charge for a return?
This all depends. If a restocking fee is determined, it will not exceed 15%.

Is there a difference in brands of glass drainlines?
Pyrex and Kimax are both made of borosilicate glass and are manufactored to the same specifications.
What are the terms on invoiced goods?
2% discount in 10 days pay or net 20 days pay. Online purchases must be made with a credit card.
